Gigi Hadid was born in Los Angeles on the 23rd of April 1995

and  is a famous American Model who started modelling at the age of 2. She starred in Kids Guess in 1997 and continued to rise ever since.

In 2011 she signed with IMG models. They helped her get big debut on the front of Guess magazine, in 2012. After doing three campaigns with Guess her name was finally out there and modelling became her job. In 2014 she walked on NYFW (New York Fashion Week) runway. The brands she walked for were Jeremy Scott & Anna Su. She is 5’8.  

Other brands she has worked for included, Teen Vogue, Vogue (from several different countries), Tommy Hilfiger, H&M, Vanity Fair, Tom Ford, V magazine, Sunday Times Style Magazine & a whole lot more. She is also the face of Maybelline & Guess. She will also be in this year's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show with one of her best friends Kendall Jenner.  

Early Life

She was born to dad, Muhumed Hadid and mum Yolanda Foster. Her birth name was Jelena Noura Gigi Hadid. She came from a very large family which includes 9 other siblings. Her most famous sibling alongside her is younger sister Bella Hadid who is 19 years old, a year younger than Gigi.  Gigi’s mum Yolanda Foster also stared in Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills. She also used to competed in Horse Riding competitions when she was younger.  

Interesting Facts

Gigi Hadid always need to look her best as the public eye is always watching. She says that the way she keeps fit and healthy is by boxing. She says that this keeps her fit and healthy but can still treat herself to  burger or pizza when she fancies. Gigi Hadid has a busy schedule if modeling isn't enough she is studying criminal psychology in New York.
